About this tool
Smile TV Uploads is a private software tool owned and operated by a single individual, Shamnad Kunnathadathil, the owner of the YouTube channel Smile TV (@Smiletv-e2d).
The tool uses the YouTube Data API v3 to upload the owner's own videos to his own channel, set custom thumbnails, and read his own channel's statistics. It runs only on the owner's own computer, under the owner's own Google account authorisation (Google OAuth).
The tool is not publicly accessible. It has no public users, no sign-up, and no other people sign in to it or use it in any way. Only the owner himself uses it, for his own channel.

This Privacy Policy describes how the Smile TV Uploads tool ("the Tool") accesses and uses information through the YouTube Data API Services.
Who operates the Tool
The Tool is owned and operated solely by Shamnad Kunnathadathil ("the Owner"), an individual creator based in India. Contact: shamnadkt843@gmail.com.
YouTube API Services
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool, the user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Information the Tool accesses
Through the Owner's own Google OAuth authorisation, the Tool accesses only the Owner's own YouTube account and channel data, limited to:
- Uploading videos owned by the Owner to the Owner's own channel (youtube.videos.insert).
- Setting custom thumbnails on the Owner's own videos (youtube.thumbnails.set).
- Reading basic metadata and statistics of the Owner's own channel and videos (youtube.channels.list, youtube.videos.list).
The Tool does not access any other person's account, channel, or data. There are no other users.
How information is used
Accessed information is used only to operate the Owner's own YouTube channel: publishing the Owner's videos, applying thumbnails, and reviewing the channel's own performance statistics. Information is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared with or transferred to any third party, other than Google/YouTube through the YouTube Data API itself as required to perform the actions above.
Storage and security
The Tool runs locally on the Owner's own computer. OAuth access/refresh tokens for the Owner's own account are stored only on that computer, in files with restricted permissions. The Tool keeps no server-side database and collects no information about any other person.
Revoking access
The Owner can revoke the Tool's access to his Google account at any time via Google's security settings page: myaccount.google.com/permissions. On revocation, the Tool can no longer access the account, and any locally stored tokens can be deleted by the Owner.
Cookies and tracking
This website and the Tool do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

These Terms govern the Smile TV Uploads tool ("the Tool").
- The Tool is a private, single-user tool operated by its owner, Shamnad Kunnathadathil, to manage his own YouTube channel, Smile TV. It is not offered to the public and no one else is permitted to use it.
- Use of the Tool is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the YouTube Developer Policies.
- All content uploaded through the Tool is the Owner's own content, and the Owner is responsible for it.
- The Tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The Owner may change or discontinue the Tool at any time.
